At Brooks Berdan, we know the most powerful marketing strategy we can employ is to empower fans of our products to share their experience with others. To that end, we've created a generous affiliate program, in which we offer generous commissions to affiliates who share our products and passion with their followers.
Almost anyone is eligible to become an affiliate and earn commissions. We just have a few simple rules that affiliates must follow. They are:
- We reserve the right to cancel or alter our affiliate program at any time and without notice. If we ever decide to discontinue the program, we will, of course, pay out all commissions that have been earned by our affiliates.
- We reserve the right to disaffiliate anyone at any time without cause.
- Affiliate websites must NOT contain lewd, obscene, illegal or pornographic material, or any other material that is deemed to be objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, bigotry, hatred, pornography, satanic materials, trademark and copyright materials, and all content of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as described above is left entirely to our discretion.
- Affiliates are required in accordance with FTC (http://www.ftc.gov/) advertising regulations to disclose the affiliate relationship with Brooks Berdan Ltd. on their website.
How the Affiliate Link Works
When you sign up as an affiliate, we issue you an affiliate link. When visitors click your affiliate link, a cookie is placed in the browser allowing Brooks Berdan Ltd. to automatically track the visitors you refer. The visitors you refer don’t have to purchase instantly as the cookies last up to 21 days following the initial visit. Brooks Berdan Ltd. is not responsible and shall not be held liable if the customer deletes or removes cookie data.
Commission Payouts
Once a product is purchased by a visitor you refer through your affiliate link, you will receive a commission. We issue payments at the end of each month of the second month after the commission is earned in order to give the buyer his/her 30-day in-home trial.
